YOU ARE A WEAPON

  "You are My battle-ax and weapons of war: For with you I will break the nation in pieces; With you I will destroy kingdoms." Jeremiah 51:20 NKJV

Have you ever wondered why you were not immediately raptured to Heaven after you confessed Jesus Christ as Lord? … I think, that is the safest and the wisest thing God could have done for every single soul that gets born-again. But, you and I are still here! Why?? The answer is simple. It is because, we have work to do here! God needs you on earth-for now!

Listen to how God responded to Satan’s work in Genesis Chapter three: “… I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.” Genesis 3:15 NKJV. That “Seed of the woman” was Jesus Christ; but through His name, we too (who believe in Jesus Christ) have damages to do to satan, his army, and their works on earth! We are an army, fortified by God, furnished with the name of Jesus Christ, to destroy the devil and his evil activities on earth!

Hear the last words of Jesus before He left the earth: “And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” Mark 16:17‭-‬18 NKJV. Hallelujah! You are God’s battle-axe! You are His weapon of war!! Please, don’t keep quiet when you see wrong around you. When you sense the presence of satan or his activities around you, dont fold your arms, get to work! Use the name of Jesus Christ to correct that anomaly. You are a weapon, do not ever forget that!
