TRUST JESUS WITH THOSE ISSUES“Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.” Psalms 55:22 NKJV
If you are born again, you have a burden bearer (I mean if you are a Believer in Jesus Christ). We can collapse easily under loads that are beyond our capacity, as humans. Whatever is bothering your mind after prayer is not your load, give it to Jesus (if you have a relationship with Him). If you have done what you can within your physical and spiritual capacity, and nothing seems to be changing, give the matter to Jesus.
I love the way the Amplified Bible puts it; it reads: “Cast your burden on the Lord [release it] and He will sustain and uphold you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken (slip, fall, fail).” PSALMS 55:22 AMP. The word says; “Release it”! But, many of us don’t. After praying, we drag the matter along behind us. We discuss it with people, as if we never prayed about it. We go to bed worrying, trying to “think out” a solution. In the midst of all that, what GOD sees is lack of trust in Jesus. If you trust Him, and know Him to be capable, you would not drag your matter behind you after praying. You would “release it”.
He has the ability to “sustain” you. To sustain means to carry or bear. He will actually take up the matter as His own! Because you have trusted Him with it. He will uphold you and make sure you do not shake, slip, fall nor fail! You and your entire matter will become His responsibility. Halleluyah! Don’t look older than your actual age by worrying over matters that Jesus should fix for you. Pray about those issues, and trust Him to fix them, you will be perfectly fine at the end of the day. Just trust Him with those issues that you have prayed about.
