WORD&POWER for TODAY
THEY CAN BE UNPREDICTABLE“The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” John 3:8 NKJV
Really, think about the movement of the wind as the Lord described. You feel it, it blows your hair, it is very present with you. Yet, you actually do not know where it is coming from, or where it is going after leaving you. Really unpredictable, isnt it?
That is how born agains are. Everyone that is regenerated by the Holy Spirit has become an offspring of the Most High. Such people can be hard to trace, and difficult to guess what their next action will be. Just as you cannot tell the first thing the Holy Spirit will do in a meeting, or the direction He will pass, so you cannot fully understand the life of a person born of the Spirit.
Carnal people, people who walk in the flesh can be easily predicted. I personally have accurately predicted the aims of many people, especially those who claim to be Christians but operate in the flesh. There are signs carnal people can not hide. If you study the word of GOD enough, and you have the spirit of discernment, the Holy Spirit can help you ascertain the aims and objectives of people, from their very first moves. It will take a man of the Spirit to discern the operations of another man of the Spirit, because the deep calls unto the deep. A Spirit directed Christian can be a tenant today, and tomorrow he is a House-owner. A seemingly weak person today, and tomorrow he has been transformed into a warrior. When it comes into matters relating to a born again, Holy Ghost filled Believers in Jesus Christ, do not always be quick to say “I know him!” Or “I know what he has the capacity to do”. The truth is that you can be really confused with them. If you cannot trace the wind, you can not trace them! Unless you are a man of the Spirit too!
