_*”And he believed in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness.*”_ Genesis 15:6 KJV

The gospel became complicated when humans started trying to improve on the finished work of Christ. The gospel was planned by GOD to be the simplest form of relationship, between Him and humanity. He planned it to be simple, so that both the learned and unlearned can understand it. It is supposed to be without cost, so that everyone regardless of their financial status can afford it. But, the gospel presently looks unaffordable and hard to understand because of the inputs of those who think they have mastered the gospel.

We must all go back to the basics. All that GOD needs from us is to simply believe Him. Abraham believed the promise that GOD made to Him about having numerous children, and GOD called him a righteous man due to that. _*”And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. And he believed in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness.”*_ Genesis 15:5‭-‬6 KJV. The gospel is meant to be simply believed, and righteousness will be imputed to whoever believes.

_*”For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever BELIEVES in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”*_ John 3:16 NKJV. _*”But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who BELIEVE in His name.”*_ John 1:12 NKJV. _*”that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and BELIEVE in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one BELIEVES unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”*_ Romans 10:9‭-‬10 NKJV. This works for both salvation and reception of miracles. All that GOD wants from you is to simply believe Him. Only BELIEVE!
