BE UNSHAKEN BY TROUBLES

“that no one should be shaken by these afflictions; for you yourselves know that we are appointed to this.” -I Thessalonians 3:3 NKJV

Whenever the tree is vigorously shaken, make sure you are not that weak leaf that easily falls away! Stay glued to The Vine! The enemy seems to know humans more than they actually know themselves. Whenever he wants to break them away from anything that is good, he shakes that thing! He knows that humans don’t like anything that unsettles their peace of mind. They like things to go smoothly and “accordingly”.

So, what does the enemy do? He makes noise, he shouts, he causes rumors of war to spread, he throws dusts in the air; all with the aim of disturbing our calm and removing us from the path of life. We are preinformed; and Apostle Paul deliberately reiterated this: *”For, in fact, we told you before when we were with you that we would suffer tribulation, just as it happened, and you know. For this reason, when I could no longer endure it, I sent to know your faith, lest by some means the tempter had tempted you, and our labor might be in vain.”* -I Thessalonians 3:4‭-‬5 NKJV. Don’t let your efforts get washed down the drain, protect it by standing strong!

If the enemy is trying to use pandemonium to break you away from Christ, or anything that is godly, don’t move! Stick there a little longer, that satanic storm and wind will soon stop! God never promised us a “trouble-free” life in our walk with Him. But, He assured us of victory if we would stand our grounds long enough! Make the wise choice, be unmoveable by tribulations. They are part of our journey with God.
