            DON'T WORRY

“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?” Matthew 6:25 NKJV

To worry about your life after surrendering it to Christ, is to make GOD look irresponsible. What Jesus was making efforts to establish here is the fact that GOD cares, especially about those who depend on Him.

He feeds the birds of the air, and decorates the grass of the field. How much more does He want to feed and dress His own children? This doesn’t mean Christians should not work, or do businesses in order to get money to meet their basic needs. It simply means they should not trade GOD for their needs. The unbelievers {the Gentiles} do not care so much about GOD’s rules when they have needs. Their needs are of utmost importance to them than pleasing GOD. Christians, cannot afford to do that.

If you are born again, GOD knows your needs (I mean every single one of them). And He will provide them. That is why He is our Shepherd. “casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].” 1 PETER 5:7 AMP. GOD is not irresponsible. He taught us to provide for our households as humans, He would not do less!
