“Prayer clears my mind”, said T. D. Jakes. Prayer removes clouds from our minds. Pray sheds light on difficult matters around us. Prayer exposes us to deep things concerning GOD and concerning our lives.
If GOD says, call to me and I will show you secrets. I had better call Him if I want to know secrets. When Rebecca was experiencing unusual kickings in her tommy in the days of her pregnancy, she went to the prophet to know why, and she was spiritually guided. I’m sure that’s why she helped Jacob to get the blessing instead of Esau. Revelation gives you sight concerning deep and puzzled issues.
Prayer is not just talking to GOD, but listening to hear what He too has to say. There is a reason to why things are the way they are around you. You have to discover why, and you have to know what to do; through serious prayer. Isolate yourself from the norm, if you aren’t hearing Him well. Separate yourself to spend time with GOD, you and Him alone! He has more to tell you than you have to tell Him. Go to Him in prayer!
