THE LIES SOME CHRISTIANS BELIEVE, AND THE TRUTH THEY SHOULD KNOW – Continuation.

WORD&POWER for TODAY

THE LIES SOME CHRISTIANS BELIEVE, AND THE TRUTH THEY SHOULD KNOW – Continuation.

  1. MIRACLES ENDED WITH THE LAST APOSTLE: Miracles are activities of God among humans, not just the activities of Preachers. Anyone who believes in the power of God can work or experience miracles: “Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” -Mark 9:23 NKJV
  2. LADIES SHOULD NOT PREACH: No human has a right to silent anyone that Jesus has commissioned to preach! Read this: “And as they {Mary Magdalene and the other Mary} went to tell His disciples (that Jesus has risen from the dead), behold, Jesus met them, saying, “Rejoice!” So they came and held Him by the feet and worshiped Him (the ladies didn’t even doubt that it was Jesus, as the Apostles doubted when they saw Him after death). Then Jesus said to them {Mary Magdalene and the other Mary}, “DO NOT BE AFRAID. GO AND TELL My brethren to go to Galilee, and there they will see Me.” -Matthew 28:9‭-‬10 NKJV {Emphasis mine}. Hallelujah! There is no other preaching that is more powerful and important than “HE HAS RISEN!” That statement was first mentioned by an angel; the next persons to say it on earth were those ladies; preaching it to the Apostles! So, if Jesus has SENT them to preach the gospel, what right has anyone to disqualify them?
  3. MARRIAGE IS “UNTIL-DEATH-DO-US-PART”: Indeed, for many who lived by this rule without applying the wisdom of God, sudden death “has-done-them-part”; due to domestic violence… not due to old age. The spouse that threatens the life of his or her partner; or that of the children, is a beast who should live alone; advisably in a cage! Another marriage that should be dissolved is the one with a spouse that is resolute on making the partner renounce Jesus Christ as Lord. Or to stop the partner from serving Jesus Christ; using these as condition for the spouse to remain in the marriage. “But if the unbelieving partner leaves, let him (or her) leave. In such cases the [remaining] brother or sister is not [spiritually or morally] bound. But God has called us to peace.” -1 Corinthians 7:15 AMP {Emphasis mine}. Read for more clarity, 1 Corith 7:1-16. Your peace, your life, and your eternal destination are of greater importance to God; than any relationship you might want to have on the earth.
