HE BROUGHT US IN, TO BRING OTHERS IN
_*”Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.”*_ II Corinthians 5:18 NKJV
Through Jesus Christ, we have been reconciled to GOD. Actually, the whole world has been reconciled to GOD by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. _*”For it pleased the Father that in Him {Jesus Christ} all the fullness should dwell, and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross. And you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight”*_ Colossians 1:19-22 NKJV (emphasy mine). But, not everyone knows this. And many who know have not accepted the good news by faith! Until they know and accept the offer, they will remain enstraged from GOD.
Hence, our ministry of reconciliation. It is the duty of every Christian to tell unbelievers what Jesus has done for them. It is our duty to educate the nations of the earth about the wonderful sacrifice of Jesus Christ. We should not throw them into more confusion by preaching our experience instead of the gospel. Or preaching anything else apart from the gospel. Apostle Paul swore; _*”But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.”*_ Galatians 1:8 NKJV. We were reconciled, and kept here on earth, so that we can reconcile others to GOD. We were brought in, and kept here on earth, so that we can bring others in. Let’s do our job well.
