DO NOT WORRY, AFTER FASTING AND PRAYER…

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” Matthew 6:34 NKJV

Do not read this verse alone and start jumping around that Jesus told you not worry. If you have not prayed about the matter, and fasted when necessary, or even given out your treasures for the Kingdom of GOD and to the needy, you should worry… Because, there is trouble!

Jesus had taught earlier in that Chapter from verse 1 up-to verse 24 about giving to the needy, prayer, fasting, and giving for Kingdom purposes, before he said, “do not worry”. If you worry after doing the aforementioned things, you certainly have no faith in GOD. Your faith is certainly in material things, and not in GOD (You should read from verse one).

Therefore, pray, fast, give to the needy, if you hear of donations for GOD’s work, or partnering with ministries, participate. And do not worry about how tomorrow would be for you, because it is secured! When Jesus said “tomorrow will worry about its own things.” He was actually saying, tomorrow will produce the things you need inside it. Have you ever received money you never worked for? Have you left home without any cash in your pocket, and before the end of that day, you have been blessed with excess money? That is “tomorrow” producing “its own things”. So, don’t sit down cross-legged, until you have fasted, prayed, and given where necessary.

Have you been blessed by this message? …spread the WORD, share with your friends. As it is written; “The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.” -Psalms 68:11 KJV
