CHECK YOUR ATTITUDE TO THE ANOINTING THIS YEAR
“for she had been saying to herself, “If I only touch His outer robe, I will be healed.”” Matthew 9:21 AMP.
The decision had been before Jesus arrived on the scene. The woman with the issue of blood knew before hand that Jesus would appear with a throng of people. She expected a pushing and pulling of one another among the crowd. A lot of the people wanted Jesus’ attention, and a lot more did not want a miracle, they just wanted to see what the Miracle Worker looked like.
So she decided; ‘I do not need to look for the attention of the Anointed One, I just need to get the attention of His anointing’. Then, she activated her faith! Did you know that it is very possible to have the attention of the anointed one, without having the attention of His anointing? Yet, you may not have the attention of the anointed one, but you have the attention of his anointing? An Anointed Minister of God can stand in front of you with the anointing that can solve your problems… yet your problems remain-it all depends on your attitude towards the anointing upon that man. Yet, he may be far from you, but through your faith in what he carries, you can be receiving solutions to your problems. It all depends on how you relate with that anointing. The anointing recognizes faith when it sees it… distance is not a barrier in the realms of the spirit!
She touched the hem of Jesus’ outer garment, without dragging it to attract His attention. Yet, power, the healing anointing, left Jesus, to attend to her need! It was a “faith-touch”, and the response from the anointing was instant! Her healing took place instantly! Halleluyah!! No matter how long you have been trying to solve that problem. You may even have spent so much money on physicians like that woman. If you treat the anointed ones and their anointing well, instant solution will come! If you have a Man of God in your life, how are you treating him and his anointing? Elisha asked the Shunamite Woman; “you have been kind to us all these while, what can I do for you… ?” She had been barren, but she got a miracle baby as her reward for treating the anointed one and his anointing well! Please, do not be fooled by social media “scandals” about men of God. God is still working wonders with His men and women… and He is not planning to stop! This year, check how you treat the anointed ones and their anointings. Relate well with them and you shall testify!
