DON’T FIGHT “WEAK” PEOPLE

WORD&POWER for TODAY

Word&Power for Today 14th June, 2019

“A father of the fatherless and a judge and protector of the widows, Is God in His holy habitation.” PSALMS 68:5 AMP

We have those seemingly helpless people around us. The orphans {children with no parents to care for them}, widows, single parented children, the poor, the handicapped, the disadvantaged and less privileged. These people may look so vonulrable and easy to destroy, but they are the most protected creatures on earth. Don’t ever make the mistake of choosing them as your enemies. You will be badly defeated!

GOD is very particular about these set of people in the Bible. In fact, He delights in and blesses anyone who favours these people. When you see an Orphan, you are looking at a child that GOD fathers. That widow (or widower) near you has GOD as spouse, don’t be fooled by what you see with your eyes. I believe that trying to take advantage of a weak person is a show of weakness by itself.

He, “Father of orphans, champion of widows, is God in his holy house. God makes homes for the homeless, leads prisoners to freedom, but leaves rebels to rot in hell.” Psalm 68:5‭-‬6 MSG. Choose your enemies with wisdom, if you like fighting. Don’t contend with GOD, because you might not survive it. Even bosses are warned by GOD to pay their employees as at when due, else they’d be having issues with the Almighty. ““You shall not take advantage of a hired servant who is poor and needy, whether [he is] one of your countrymen or one of the strangers (resident aliens, foreigners) who is in your land inside your cities. You shall give him his wages on the day that he earns them before the sun sets—for he is poor and is counting on it—so that he does not cry out to the Lord against you, and it becomes a sin for you.” DEUT 24:14‭-‬15 AMP.

Have you been blessed by this message? …spread the WORD, share with your friends. As it is written; “The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.” -Psalms 68:11 KJV
