WHAT RAPTURE WILL LOOK LIKE

“I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.” Luke 17:34‭-‬37 KJV

In this passage, Jesus mentioned some important facts we must keep in mind as we await the rapture. I know there are some sects preaching that there is nothing like rapture, because we do not have such a word in the Bible. We do not have the word computer in the Bible too, but it exists. There are no such words as android and microwave in the Bible, but they exist in real life. The word rapture is an english word used to describe the transportation or catching away of the Christians who are prepared for the second coming of Jesus Christ. The rapture can be replaced with the words catch-away, trans-port, or pick-up.

Now, let’s look at those important facts Jesus mentioned about the rapture in that passage:

(1) NIGHT: He said in that night, two men would be asleep on a bed, and one would be taken and the other left. If you read further, he said two women shall be grinding together, one shall be taken and the other left. Another scene is that two men shall be in the field, one shall be taken and the other left.

The word night was used as a metaphor, to describe the state of the human minds. The night is when people are relaxed, with their eyes are closed. The rapture would happen when no one is expecting it. For Him to say two women would be grinding, and two men would be in the field depicts day time, not night. Regular working hours is when women grind, and men go to the field. He was simply showing that people would be about the normal things they do in life when the rapture will take place. That is why He has encouraged us to be alert round the clock.

(2) NO SOCIAL DISTANCING: Two men laying on one bed, and two women “grinding together” show no much distance as 1.5meters or 6 feet apart. This satanic agenda of social distancing will pass with Covid-19; and it will pass away with those who introduced it to the human race. Social life would returm to normal, people would gather to party for marriage ceremonies and all that, when suddenly the rapture would take place.

(3) “THE ONE SHALL BE TAKEN, AND THE OTHER LEFT”: Friendship, being a family member of a Preacher, or wife of a saint wont give an unbeliever Visa to fly with the rapture. The separation will happen so fast that the unbelieving partner would not get chance to quickly repent in order to join the train. You can only make that decision now …before the rapture! Call upon Jesus now, ask Him to forgive your sins and accept you as His own from today.

(4) TO WHERE?: The followers of Jesus asked Him. ‘Okay, when you catch them away, where are you taking them to …?’ His reply was: “… Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.” Luke 17:37 KJV. In other words, ‘wherever I am, there will my followers be’.

Read this: “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” 1 Thessalonians 4:16‭-‬17 KJV.

In conclusion: My Pastor once told me; “live as though Jesus is coming in the next second”. He already said He would come like a thief in the night. Thieves wont send a letter of notice. He has given you the Bible (that is His love letter of notice to you), build your life on it, if you do not want to be “left” behind. The rapture is a glorious event that no soul should miss. I have once seen the vision, and it was glorious. Jesus came out of Heaven, and He was all light, an entire body of glorious light. His feet did not touch the ground, He was walking in mid-air. Then, as He raised His hands like waving them up to summon, human souls started joining Him in the air. And they took His very form (bodies of light) as soon as they got to His level. Prepare now for the rapture, because it will happen!
