       STAND FREE!

“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” Galatians 5:1 NIV

It was an unforgettable experience! The day Jesus told me these words; “as for me, I have done all that is required of me to make you fulfill your purpose, do your part.”

No amount is too much, if it was spent to gain freedom! That is why Jesus paid the ultimate price for you and I-He sacrificed His life, to set us free from sin! It would then be wicked of us to disregard such huge sacrifice by deliberately walking into bondage again. Apart from the harsh treatment one would get from satan the slave-master, it is also unfair on Jesus!

Whenever you shift your faith away from what Jesus has done, and focus on what you can do, you lose your freedom! We were in bondage to sin and satan, until Jesus died for us. He has set us free, if we would believe Him completely. Don’t return to bondage by trying to save yourself. Live by what the scriptures teach, not by your own personal standard or principles; if you want to live free!
