If you have chosen the truth and righteousness, do not expect everyone to celebrate you.
Some people have given their hearts to satan by their wicked works. Once you choose to do or say the right things, you will be opposing their agenda. So they will fight you!
Even you, if you feel bad towards whoever is correcting you, you are systematically registering your soul with the devil. Corrections are good, they make us become better. And true friends should give corrections.
No matter how poor or weak they may look on earth, those who suffer for righteousness sake are the bonafide residents of Heaven.
If you are a Christian, do not ever join the world to fight the Church, if you have not changed camp. The Church is not perfect yet, still that is GOD’s only asset on earth. An asset purchased by the blood of His Son Jesus Christ.
When the world does any wrong (such that even they know is wrong), if you react as a righteous person, they will call you funny names. Do not mind them, live on for the truth.
“And who is he who will harm you if you become followers of what is good? But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. “And do not be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled.” But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear; having a good conscience, that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in Christ may be ashamed. For it is better, if it is the will of God, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.” I Peter 3:13-17 NKJV
