“Then said the Lord unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.” Jeremiah 1:12 KJV

Whatever you are hearing from God, or seeing as a vision from God should be open to thorough verifications by you, and whoever would walk or run with you, before you set-out. It is not a show of fear or doubt to ask God; “can you please, repeat what you said, because I need certain information to be sure?” Did you know, that God seldom operates without witnesses? “Yet He did not leave Himself without some witness [as evidence of Himself], in that He kept constantly doing good things and showing you kindness, and giving you rains from heaven and productive seasons, filling your hearts with food and happiness.” Acts 14:17 AMP.

God is not an author of confusion! He doesn’t drag people along the line of purpose with rope around their necks. Rather, He persuades them. Sometimes, He would even make promises of good things in order to persuade whoever He wants to work with. So that they would be excited and motivated enough to carry out His assignment. When the angel brought the news and instructions about the birth of Samson, it was his mother that the angel met. When she got home and related the story to her husband, the man prayed that God should send the angel the second time. Because he needed to be sure! He didnt want to “guess-walk”: “Then Manoah entreated the Lord, and said, O my Lord, let the man of God which thou didst send come again unto us, and teach us what we shall do unto the child that shall be born. And God hearkened to the voice of Manoah; and the angel of God came again …” Judges 13:8‭-‬9 KJV.

If you’re not sure about what God wants you to do. With all humility, wait in His presence please. Keep asking Him until you get the necessary information. At least, the much that is sufficient to launch you out! “And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” Habakkuk 2:2 KJV. If others cannot read your vision and run with it, then it is not clear enough! You need to wait, and pray for more clarity. God, beyond any other thing, wants you to achieve His goals for your life! So, make sure you get the details you need from Him before you launch out. Let Him tell you, as He told Jeremiah, “thou hast well seen!” Then, you can run!
