GOD WILL FINISH WHAT HE STARTED WITH YOU“The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.” Psalms 138:8 KJV
Countless number of times, I have said if salvation is the only reason GOD saved us, we should be immediately raptured to Heaven after confessing Jesus Christ as Lord! But, we are still here! Because someone has to build a Christian School. Someone has to preach to his community. Someone has to join politics and save his nation from the hands of those cruel and godless leaders. Someone has to begin a missionary work abroad. Someone has to be a Prophet to correct and guide both the nations and the Church of Jesus Christ in the right path.
Always see yourself as a project in GOD’s hand. He won’t leave you until He is done with you. Sin? Of course, I know that is why GOD keeps off His projects. If anyone puts his hands into sin, he can frustrate or delay GOD’s plan for his life. But, that is if the fellow refuses to repent. The mercy of GOD endures forever. It is ever available to anyone that would seek it sincerely. He told Jacob: “And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.” Genesis 28:15 KJV. In other words, He told Jacob; ‘I am with you, I will follow you everywhere you go and protect you. I wont leave you, until I finish what I told you about!’ Halleluyah!!
This is to encourage you my brethren. As long as there is breadth in your nostrils, forge ahead! Keep serving The King! Move forward! He is not done with you yet! Do not retire when GOD has not sacked you! Remember the words of Apostle Paul, “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” Philippians 1:6 KJV. You will finish well, in Jesus name. That ministry project will be completed! You will get into every nation that GOD has sent you to, in the name of Jesus Christ! Your mission works wont die along the way, more oil is coming upon you to strengthen you. More resources are coming! More money is coming! More equipments are coming! More partners are coming to join you, you just have to finish this work. More properties will be given to you! Do not give up! You will finish this assignment! Keep your eyes on the One that chose you, there is still more grounds ahead of you to cover. You will finish well!
PRAY: Father, by your mercy and grace, help me to complete my assignments. I know you will not abandone the works that you have started with me. Help me by all means to finish my assignments well in Jesus name. Amen!
