DON'T OVERLOOK THE TINY SIGNS“He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.” Luke 16:10 KJV
Faithfulness with any thing, or to any one can easily be measured by how people handle what is presently in their hands. Don’t wait until people control big things before you tell their level of loyalty and faithfulness. Test them with small things.
Jesus didn’t mince words, He was so direct. He said, whoever is faithful in the smallest thing, is automatically faithful in much. And he that is unfaithful or unjust in the smallest thing cannot be trusted. Some friend borrows the smallest amount of money from you, but he doesn’t mention it afterwards. Acting as though; “that’s-a-small-thing”. If he comes to you for big amount, don’t be foolish to lend him. He is not trust worthy, he won’t pay you back!
Don’t promote an employee that treats tiny matters of the company with levity. He passes by litters on the floor without picking it up, or asking someone to tidy the place. Dont overlook tiny negative signs. “Sensible people will see trouble coming and avoid it, but an unthinking person will walk right into it and regret it later.” Proverbs 27:12 GNB. In the same vein, pay attention to the good signs you see in people. People who handle tiny matters seriously can handle big issues perfectly. Signs are there in life to guide us. Look for them. Be wise!
